1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on erosly.eu. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
2. Products & Availability
Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided as accurately as possible.
Some items may sell out or become unavailable without prior notice.
3. Prices
All prices include VAT where applicable.
Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are shown at checkout (if applicable).
For non-EU countries, customers are responsible for all customs and import costs.
4. Payments
Accepted payment methods:
- Bank transfer
Payments must be successfully completed before order processing.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped to all EU countries and selected non-EU European destinations.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Customers have a 14-day withdrawal right after receiving the goods.
Exceptions apply to hygiene-related items once opened.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns must be sent back within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Refunds exclude shipping fees and may deduct return shipping in failed delivery cases.
8. Failed or Refused Delivery
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost is deducted from the refund
- Customs/handling fees are deducted
9. Warranty
In case of defective products, customers must contact us within 48 hours.
We will repair, replace, or refund as required by Belgian/EU law.
10. Liability
Other Image is not liable for delays caused by:
- Customs
- Carrier errors
- Force majeure
- Customer providing incorrect information

All personal data is processed according to EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Disputes
Any disputes will be handled under Belgian law and the competent courts of Brussels.
