1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer receives the goods.

2. Return Shipping Costs (Paid by Customer)

If the customer decides to return an item, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

We do not provide free-return labels unless otherwise stated.

This information is clearly provided before checkout, in compliance with EU law.

3. Condition of Returned Products

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened (for hygiene items)
  • In original packaging
  • Without damage

Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused or refunded partially.

4. Exceptions

For hygiene and intimate products (e.g., lingerie, sex-related items, cosmetics), the right of withdrawal does not apply if the product has been opened or used.

This is allowed under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are not refunded, as the delivery service was completed.

6. Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Parcels
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to:
  • Wrong or incomplete address
  • Customer not being available
  • Parcel not being picked up
  • Refusal to pay customs/import fees
  • The customer not providing required delivery information

→ Both the outgoing shipping cost and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

This is fully compliant with EU regulations as costs arise due to customer responsibility.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, Other Image will cover all shipping costs, including return shipping.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours with photos.
